About Neomaxer TravelDesk

We are a corporate travel management platform and a concierge team. The software handles policy, approvals, invoicing and reporting. The team handles the bookings and the disruption.

What we do

What we do

Corporate travel is usually solved in one of two ways. Companies buy software, and then discover it does not answer the phone. Or they use an agency, and then discover there is no policy control, no approval trail and no reporting they can trust.

The combination is the whole idea. Neither half works properly on its own.

Neomaxer TravelDesk

We built both halves. Neomaxer TravelDesk is a platform your team logs into - raise a trip request, book within policy, approve, invoice, report.

Behind it is a concierge desk that books the complicated things, handles disruption, and stays with the trip until it is over.

Policy and approvals only work if they are applied at the moment of booking, not reviewed afterwards when the fare is already paid.

Support only works if the person answering can see the same trip record you are looking at, rather than asking you to describe it.

How we work

Four things we hold ourselves to

Passengers moving through an airport concourse

End-to-end ownership

We manage the journey from the first pickup to the final drop, rather than handing it back at the point of ticketing.

Support agent wearing a headset at a workstation

Human support throughout

A named relationship manager and a desk reachable by phone, email and WhatsApp - before, during and after travel.

Two people shaking hands after a meeting

Carefully chosen suppliers

Vehicles, properties, venues and activity operators selected for reliability, then held to it.

Planner and calendar open on a desk

Planning with slack in it

Routes, schedules, buffers and contingencies planned so that one late arrival does not collapse the day.
