Service types

Service types

A delayed flight, an unbooked cab and a driver who cannot be reached - that is where a well-planned trip goes wrong. These are the services that close that gap.

Standards

Drivers & accountability

Verified drivers, company billing and a record against every trip.

  • Driver verification before deployment
  • No cash handling by the traveller
  • Trips recorded against employee and cost centre
  • Desk escalation on the day of travel

Vehicle categories

What we deploy

Categories rather than brands - this is what determines comfort, capacity and cost.

Minibus parked for a group pickup
  • Hatchback: short city transfers, single traveller
  • Sedan: the standard airport transfer and day vehicle
  • Premium sedan: executive and client-facing movements
  • SUV: luggage-heavy trips, rough routes, three to four travellers
  • Premium SUV: senior travel and longer outstation runs
  • Tempo traveller (12–17 seats): small teams moving together
  • Mini-coach (20–27 seats): offsite groups and event shuttles
  • Coach (35–49 seats): large movements between venue and hotel

Standards

Standards we hold

The difference between managed ground transport and a cab receipt is accountability. Drivers are verified before deployment, travellers never handle cash, and every movement is recorded against an employee and a cost centre.

  • Driver verification before deployment
  • No cash handling by the traveller
  • Trips recorded against employee and cost centre
  • Desk escalation on the day of travel

Timing

Timed against the actual arrival

A transfer booked to the scheduled landing time is wrong the moment the flight moves. Pickups are held against the live arrival instead, with waiting time built in for long-haul.

  • Arrival tracked on the day
  • Waiting time built into international arrivals
  • Return drop confirmed the day before

Accountability

Verified, contactable drivers

Driver details go to the traveller before pickup, drivers are verified before deployment, and nobody is handing over cash at the end of a journey.

  • Driver verification before deployment
  • Details shared with the traveller in advance
  • Company billing, no cash handling

Scale

Moving a group on one schedule

Group movement is a different problem from a single transfer. Shuttle loops run to a published schedule with marshalling at pickup points and a coordinator on the ground.

  • Published shuttle timings
  • Marshalling for large groups
  • On-ground coordinator for events

Coverage

Where we operate

We arrange ground transport across major Indian metros and tier-2 cities, and we arrange transfers at international destinations as part of a wider itinerary.

We deliberately do not publish a fixed city list or name the operators behind the service. City-level coverage and the operators available in each city change, and a list that quietly goes stale is worse than no list at all. Tell us the cities you actually travel to and we will confirm exactly what we can commit to for those.

We will confirm what we can commit to in each of them, with vehicle categories and a transparent basis of billing.
