Common questions
Can we set different hotel budgets for different cities?
Yes. Rate caps are configured per city and per employee grade, so a night in Mumbai can carry a different ceiling from a night in Indore, and a senior grade can carry a different ceiling from a graduate trainee.
Do travellers have to pay and claim it back?
No. Where the property supports it, stays are settled directly against the company. The traveller checks out without paying for the room, and the stay reaches finance on a consolidated invoice.
Can you book hotels outside India?
Yes. The hotel inventory we book from is worldwide, covering business and premium properties across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, Africa and Oceania.
What about long stays or serviced apartments?
Extended stays, project deployments and serviced-apartment requirements are handled by the desk, including negotiated rates for longer durations and single settlement across the whole stay.
