Everything a business trip actually needs
Six things have to work for a trip to go well, and they are usually bought from six different places. We book all of them on one programme.
- Flights
- Hotels
- Ground transport
- Visas
- Insurance
- Attractions
Why one programme
The parts of a trip are not independent
Most companies buy travel in pieces. Flights come from one channel, hotels from another, the airport transfer is arranged by whoever is going, the visa is handled by an agent, and insurance is bought if someone remembers. Each piece works on its own. The programme does not, because nothing connects them.
The cost of that shows up in three places. Finance reconciles several sets of invoices in several formats, none of which agree on what a trip was. Reporting cannot answer what a trip cost, only what a flight cost. And when something goes wrong mid-journey, the person travelling has to work out which supplier owns the problem before anyone can start fixing it.
Booking the parts together does not make each part cheaper on its own. What it does is make the trip a single record: one set of policy rules applied to all of it, one approval, one invoice, one place the itinerary lives, and one desk that can change any part of it without first establishing who booked what.
What we book
Six services, one programme
Flight booking
Domestic, international and multi-city itineraries, booked inside your policy with approvals and an audit trail.

ExploreGround transport
Airport transfers, day and outstation vehicles and employee commute, on the same programme as the flight.
ExploreVisa assistance
Country checklists, filing support and appointment scheduling, tracked on the same trip record.
ExploreTravel insurance
Single-trip and annual multi-trip cover arranged alongside the booking rather than after it.
ExploreAttraction tickets
Parks, safari, tours, helicopter, snorkelling, diving and adventure activities for groups and incentive travel.
ExploreWhat stays the same
The same rules across all six
- One travel policy, applied to every part of the trip rather than only to flights
- One approval, covering the trip rather than each component separately
- One consolidated invoice to the company, with correct GST details
- One trip record, so the itinerary and its documents live in one place
- One desk to call, whichever part of the trip has gone wrong
- One reporting view, so a trip cost is a trip cost and not six line items
The parts you cannot plan are the ones that decide the trip
A delayed connection, a hotel that has released the room, a visa appointment that moves. What matters then is not which supplier was cheapest, but whether one person can change all of it at once.
